1. Who we are

Car Colour Services Ltd (Companies House #02475965), trading as Car Colour Services, of 92-94 Mawney Road, Romford, Essex RM7 7JB.

2. Products

Product descriptions, sizes and prices on this website are provided as a guide and may vary at point of sale. Confirmation of price and availability is provided when you order — by phone, email or in person.

3. Use of automotive paint

Automotive paint products are intended for use by qualified individuals familiar with paint application, ventilation, PPE and disposal. We supply Safety Data Sheets (COSHH) on request. We accept no liability for misuse.

4. Colour matching

While we mix to the highest practical accuracy using OEM references, slight variation is inherent to all paint matching due to substrate, age, application and lighting. Where possible, we recommend test panels before full application.

5. Trade accounts

Trade accounts are subject to credit approval. Payment terms, returns and dispute resolution are governed by the trade-account agreement issued on application.

6. Returns

Custom-mixed and aerosol-to-order items are non-returnable. Unopened stock items may be returned within 14 days in original condition, subject to a re-stocking fee.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product supplied. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
